Training ambulance workers in Norway

Writer: Grethe HeitmannGrethe Heitmann

For the third consecutive year, ExAC was engaged to conduct lectures and workshops at Viken Fagskole in Fredrikstad, Norway. Ambulance staff from all over the country were trained in handling complications associated with childbirth, postpartum hemorrhage, and cardiac arrest during pregnancy in prehospital environments. The training featured a workshop where ambulance personnel had the opportunity to practice external aortic compression for the first time.

Thank you, Viken Fagskole for the partnership and for allowing us to engage with committed professionals in prehospital services!
