The business Summit was a fantastic opportunity to meet and be inspired by representatives from Norwegian NGOs and businesses as well as governmental institutions.
Business Sweden, by Andreas Giallourakis, gave us the opportunity to demonstrate the ExAC Trainer. H.R.H the Crown Princess Victoria of Sweden performed external aortic compression on the ExAC Trainer as a part of the demonstration.
Business Sweden also arranged a round table discussion about healthcare opportunities in Kenya. Johan Forssell, Swedish Minister for International Development Cooperation and Foreign Trade was participating and Grethe Heitmann was given the opportunity to put maternal mortality on the agenda arguing for the need for prevention of sever PPH by the implementation of external aortic compression.
At the evening reception at the Swedish Ambassador’s Residence, ExAC was chosen as one of a few companies to meet with H.R.H the Crown Prince Haakon of Norway and had the opportunity to share the benefits of the implementation of external aortic compression and the practicing on the ExAC Trainer. Anne Beathe Tvinnereim, Norwegian Minister of International Development and Nordic Cooperation also took part in the discussion.
